SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer is constituted of a liquid droplet feed device formed by making two surfaces face each other, at least one of which has a plurality of electrodes arranged thereon, to each other, a plurality of analyzing routes for mixing and reacting liquid droplets of the specimens and liquid droplets of the reagent with each other in the liquid droplet feed device to perform optical measurement, a specimen-distributing mechanism, capable of distributing the liquid droplets of the specimens to a plurality of the analyzing routes, a reagent distributing mechanism, capable of distributing the liquid droplets of the reagent to a plurality of the analyzing routes and a control device for controlling the respective mechanisms so as to select combinations of the specimens and the reagent for guiding them to the analyzing routes and calculating the concentrations of the components contained in the specimens from the result of optical measurement.
