FINE POWDER TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND REGENERATION SYSTEM OF CONCRETE WASTE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder treatment apparatus and method, and a regeneration system of concrete waste materials, in which fine powders produced by grinding concrete waste materials can be treated into a reusable state and stored. SOLUTION: The fine powder treatment apparatus (20) for treating the fine powders produced by grinding concrete waste materials comprises an agitated granulator 20a for mixing the fine powders with water to form granules, wherein the mixing ratio of water to the fine powders is 0.1-0.25. In particular, when the fine powders are mixed with water and cement to form granules in the agitated granulator 20a, the mixing ratio of the fine powders, water, and cement is as follows: fine powders:water:cement=1:0.05-0.1:0.1-0.25. The fine powder treatment method for treating the fine powders produced by grinding concrete waste materials comprises a granulation step for mixing the fine powders with water to form granules.
