The front wall separate block 1A is built in a wire/piping arrangement position, as one part of the block wall, to build the block wall 10. Subsequently, wires/piping 4 are arranged in the block wall 10 from the front openings 19 wherein the front separate blocks 1A are positioned, and then the separate front walls 11A are set in the front openings 19, whereby the block contactor can perform the work from the construction of the block wall to the arrangement of wires/piping with by himself, and besides the block contractor can continuously perform the repair of the outer face of the block wall, too.
