PHOTOGRAPHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device without taking a blurred picture when taking a face picture of an object to be imaged when moving a camera so that the face picture may be positioned in a predetermined photographing area. SOLUTION: The photographing device 100 is equipped with a camera part 1 taking the face picture of the object 30 to be imaged; a decision program 61 to make a CPU 3 decide whether or not the face picture of the object 30 is positioned in the predetermined photographing area; and a moving control program 62 to make the CPU 3 move the camera part 1 through a universal head 2 in order to position the face picture of the object 30 in the photographing area based on the result of decision by making the CPU 3 perform the decision program 61. The photographing device 100 is equipped with an inhibition control program 63 to make the CPU 3 inhibit the actuation of the universal head 2 when an operation part 5 designates to take the face picture, and constituted so that the camera part 1 may take the face picture of the object 30 after the actuation of the universal head 2 is inhibited.
