WAGE RAISE (FALL) PROPRIETY DIAGNOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient and effective a wage raise (fall) when not expecting a drastic wage raise to achieve a reward system more satisfactory to both a manager and an employee. SOLUTION: By paying attention to a system of a social insurance premium, disposable income of the employee is increased to an effective and reasonable level even if an increased amount is a small amount (there is contradiction that the disposal income is increased when a wage raise amount is reduced because cannot decide the proper wage raise amount). A decision criterion of the wage raise or the like efficient to a corporation or the like is shown by a concrete numerical value, and decision of cost reduction or the like and calculation of effective necessary cost from both aspects of the employee and the corporation are made to be possible. By practically using Excel spreadsheet or the like by a computer, a personal computer, a DVD, a CD, a 3.5-inch floppy disk, or the like, automatic calculation of a most efficient wage raise/fall amount or the like can be performed.
