SOLUTION: The multistory structure construction method of successively constructing a multistory structure 1 story by story comprises the column reinforcement arrangement step of arranging column main reinforcements 9 each having a length corresponding to the height of a two-story in columns 2, 2 such that a joint location of the reinforcements in one of the columns 2 is staggered with respect to that of the reinforcements in the column 2 adjacent thereto, the precast concrete beam member setting step of arranging a precast beam member 13 on a main reinforcement group 8a of the lower columns, inserting one end of a main reinforcement group 16 of the precast beam member 13 into a main reinforcement group 8b of the higher columns, lowering the precast beam member 13 to fit the other end of the main reinforcement group 16 of the beam into the main reinforcement group 8a of the lower column from above and joining the end of the main reinforcement group 16 of the precast beam member 13 to an end of the main reinforcement group 16 of the other precast beam member 13' in a joint 19.
