Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat permitting a user to continue exhalation to completely exhale by facilitating inhalation in respiration and to continue exhalation till user exhales completely. SOLUTION: The air bags are provided at a position of user's thigh part, right and left shoulders or backside when he/she lies on his/her back on the base mat. The controller controls supply and exhaust of air of one or more air bags placed at the thigh part, right and left shoulders or backside selectively, allowing the air bags to inflect the user's body according to the exhalation in the expiratory phase of the human breathing cycle. For example, when the controller inflates the air bag 2e for the thigh part and the air bags 2a for the right and left shoulders and deflates the air bag 2d for the backside, the body is bent forward during the exhalation, allowing the user to exhale easily during breathing activity.
