While constituting three central conductors 21, 22 and 23 asymmetrically in order to obtain apparently the inductor inphase excitation, a capacitor for adjusting a characteristic value of inphase excitation is provided between a ground conductor 15 and the grounding, so that a series resonance circuit which operates only inphase excitation may be constituted with these inductors and the capacitors.
