description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip kit handler capable of at least one among reactivity between solid material such as probe supported particle etc., and liquid material such as target material etc., removing performance of unreacted specimen from probe particle, and solid liquid separation performance etc., such as isolation ability of target matter in specimen from probe supported particle. SOLUTION: The chip kit handler 10 holds and stores the chip 20 in the chip holder 11 that is provided with a plurality of wells 21, and a filter 23 provided with small pores 22 with uniform bore diameters with constant intervals at the bottom of the wells 21. The chip holder 11 is decompressed and kept in a negative pressure, in a state of being hermetically-sealed by the holder cap 13 and the closing valve 14 by a vacuum source connected to a nozzle 30 that reduces the pressure of the inside of the chip holder 11; and washing liquid is introduced into the chip holder 11, and the filter 18 is immersed in the washing liquid.
