SOLUTION: Fixing frames are installed in a furnace top opening portion and a furnace bottom opening portion of the vertical furnace, and a plurality of guide ropes having tension applying mechanisms are arranged between the two fixing frames. The guide ropes are passed through a guide provided on a lift plate so that the lift plate is stably movable up and down.
