Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an Ni-based alloy for uniformly forming a chromium oxide. SOLUTION: The production method of the Ni-based alloy is characterized in that the Ni-based alloy containing Cr is heated in a gaseous mixture atmosphere composed of carbon dioxide and at least one kind selected from carbon monoxide, gaseous nitrogen and gaseous hydrocarbon and an oxide film composed of a chromium oxide is formed on the surface of the Ni-based alloy. The gaseous mixture atmosphere may further include ≤5vol% gaseous oxygen. The concentration of the carbon dioxide of the gaseous mixture atmosphere is preferably 0.0001 to 50vol%.
