SOLUTION: The neutrophil activator contains a sulfated polysaccharide having a molecular weight of 5,000 to 400,000. The sulfated polysaccharide can be desirably used as a neutrophil migration activity enhancer by a chemotactic peptide stimulus and an active oxygen generation enhancer and in addition as an anti-infection agent based on these effects.
