Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dispersing paste which is used for producing paste having a less amount of foreign matter and excellent dispersibility. SOLUTION: The apparatus for dispersing paste is characterized in that a roller-used dispersion apparatus is used which has in a cylindrical vessel a rotor rotatable on the same axis as that of the cylindrical vessel and a roller, which is arranged in the outer periphery part of the rotor and can be rotated on its own axis and revolved around the rotor, and the Vickers hardness of a member constituting the roller is made lower than that of a member constituting the cylindrical vessel and that of a member constituting the rotor.
