Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of promoting the atomization of a jetted fuel and increasing the penetrating property of the jetted fuel by minimizing the dead volume of a fuel flow passage from a valve seat to fuel nozzle holes and minimizing the pressure loss of the fuel in the fuel flow passage. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve comprises a valve seat member 3 having a valve seat 8 and a valve hole 7 formed in its front end wall, a valve element 18 in association with the valve seat 8, and an injector plate 10 having the plurality of fuel nozzle holes 11 and joined to the front end face of the valve seat member 3. A fuel guide member 40 facing the valve hole 7 is arranged continuously with the injector plate 10, and an annular diffusion chamber 39 to which the inner ends of the fuel nozzle holes 11 are open is formed on the outer periphery of the injector plate, and a plurality of closed parts 41 partially fitted to the valve hole 7 and cutout parts 42a and 42b communicating the valve hole 7 with the diffusion chamber 39 are formed in the fuel guide member 40. The plurality of fuel nozzle holes 11 are classified into two sets G1 and G2 disposed symmetrically with respect to one diameter line R. The plurality of cutout parts are classified into first cutout parts 42a corresponding to the plurality of fuel nozzle holes 11 (A) at the center parts of the sets G1 and G2 and second cutout parts 42b positioned on the diameter line R. The fuel nozzle holes 11 (B) on the outside of the sets G1 and G2 are disposed correspondingly to the closed parts 41 adjacent to the second cutout parts 42b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
