Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grow cells from inside a biological compensation material while facilitating permeation of cells even into micropores and preventing the cells from easily flow out of the pores. SOLUTION: The biological tissue compensation material introducing a platelet poor plasma into a porous material is provided. In addition, the biological tissue compensation material introducing a liquid including the platelet poor plasma and cells into the porous material in which the platelet poor plasma is gelated is provided. The method of manufacturing a biological tissue compensation body is provided by introducing a liquid including the platelet poor plasma, calcium chloride and cells into the porous biological tissue compensation material (S8) and gelating the liquid after the introduction.
