The height of crest of the projection 16 is lower at one end part in the axial direction of the fastening surface, and higher at the other end in the axial direction of the fastening surface to be continuous from one end part to the other end part. The member having a lower hardness is provided with a plastic flow part flowing in the space between the projections 16 of the member having the higher hardness by plastic flow in the axial direction and in the circumferential direction.
