The antibacterial/antifungal coated product in which the surface concentration of the antibacterial/antifungal particles is 1×102-1×104pieces/mm2is obtained by providing a coating layer comprising the antibacterial/antifungal composition on at least one surface of a substrate. The method for producing the antibacterial/antifungal coated product comprises applying a coating agent obtained by adding a dispersion of the antibacterial/antifungal particles to a varnish or a resin emulsion.
