WASTE FUELLING SYSTEM IN CEMENT PRODUCTION FACILITIES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT USING THE WASTE FUELLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-containing material fuelling system in cement production facilities where the calorific power of a halogen-containing material can be effectively utilized as a part of fuel in cement production without producing evils caused by halogens such as chlorine and bromine included therein, and to provide a method for producing cement using the system. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a halogen separating means 8 of heating a halogen-containing material by indirect heating, thus producing a halogen-containing combustible gas and a residual material; a heat transfer medium feeding line 14 of feeding a high temperature gas in a preheater 2 or a bypass means as a heat transfer medium in a halogen separating means 8; a halogen recovering means 11 of recovering halogens from the combustible gas exhausted from the halogen separating means 8; a gas feeding means 13 of feeding the combustible gas after the recovery of the halogens by the halogen recovering means 11 as the fuel in cement production facilities; and a returning line 17 of returning the high temperature gas exhausted from the halogen separating means 8 to the preheater 2 or an exhaust pipe on the upstream side thereof.
