TELEVISION BROADCAST RECEIVER AND METHOD FOR RESERVING TELEVISION BROADCAST PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcast receiver by which a user can select and reserve a program which is broadcast in a time zone in which the use of electricity charge is inexpensive, when there are the same programs to be broadcast in different time zones, by writing the use electrical charge together in a program table of an EPG (electronic program guide), and to provide a method for reserving a television broadcast program. SOLUTION: The user preliminarily sets an electricity charge plan (electric light by time zones) on an electricity charge plan setting screen having a start time setting frame 201 for setting the start time of the electricity charge plan, an end time setting frame 202 for setting the end time of the electricity charge plan and a charge setting frame 203 for setting a specific electricity charge of an applicable plan of the electricity charge plan, etc. When there are a plurality of the same programs to be broadcasted in different time zones, and when the program is reserved, utilization electric charges for each of the broadcast time zones of the program are displayed.
