SOLUTION: A GPS signal generating section 300, that the GPS signal generator has, includes an input section 310 for receiving the input of a signal transmitted from a CPU; a memory 400 for storing data required for controlling the operation of the GPS signal generating section 300 and data required for generating a GPS signal; a pseudo-signal generating section 330 for generating a pseudo GPS signal, based on the data that are input, in response to a command input via an input section 310 and data read from the memory 400; and an outputting section 340 for transmitting the GPS signal to a distributor 130.
