Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection analysis method of double oxide for catalyst useful for previously knowing which exhaust gas purification characteristics result in when the double oxide powder containing Zr is actually used as a catalyst. SOLUTION: The ratio I1/I2between the peak intensity I1in a first wave number domain and the peak intensity I2in a second wave number domain of a Raman shift related to oxygen atom contained in the double oxide powder is determined at a plurality of temperatures in a reducing atmosphere by a Raman spectroscopic analysis. The variation degree of the peak intensity ratio I1/I2dependent on the temperature, and crystal structure characteristics related to the oxygen atom of the double oxide powder are inspected based on this variation degree.
