SOLUTION: A light reflecting sheet, which is disposed on the rear face of a light guide plate 13, is constructed as a double-layered sheet, composed of a conductive sheet 15a and a light scattering reflection sheet 15b laminated with each other so as to form a light reflecting conductive sheet 15 concurrently serving as the light reflecting sheet and an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet. The edge portion of the light reflection conductive sheet 15 is infolded into a U shape, and further, its end portion is folded over to the outside so as to contain a cold cathode tube 14a arranged along an end face of the light guide plate 13, inside a U-shaped end portion 15c; and a folded edge portion 15d is disposed between a light cover 18 and the light guide plate 13 so as to support the light cover 18, withoutbeing in contact with an optical sheet lamination body 16 loaded on a light emission surface 13a of the light guide plate.
