HAND-ROLLED SUSHI-MAKING IMPLEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-rolled sushi-making implement with which a hand-rolled sushi like that made by a professional sushi chef is made through putting a sushi topping material on a sushi rice ball when taking it out from the implement. SOLUTION: The hand-rolled sushi-making implement 1 molds sushi rice into a prescribed shaped sushi rice having front and back surfaces, right and left surfaces, and top and bottom surfaces, and includes: a main body 2 having a volume part 7 molding the sushi rice charged through an upper opening part 3 into a prescribed shape; a moving member 4 manually operated between a molding position for molding and a taking-out position at the upper opening part of which the bottom surface of the molded sushi rice is placed; and a sushi topping material placing part formed at the upper edge parts of the front and back inner wall surfaces of the volume part forming the front and back surfaces in order to put the sushi topping material on the front and back surfaces.
