SOLUTION: A form detection sensor 11 is disposed in the vicinity of the aperture of a reception means 1. When the sensor 11 detects insertion of the form of a secret form P, form feed rollers 12a, 12b, 12c are driven, and the form of the secret form P is passed through at a predetermined speed in the vicinity of a scanner 13, and subsequently, an inkjet printer 14 which is to be a filling and deletion means.
