SOLUTION: The fixing belt comprises a base body 1 which is endless, shift stoppers 2 which are formed on a curved surface of the base body 1 to stop the base body 1 from shifting, and projection parts 2a of the shift stoppers 2 in a raised shape which are formed in the same body with the base material 1a of the base body 1.
