Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhering force of an another member on a surface of a cylindrical member roughened by cutting it in a screw shape. SOLUTION: A cylinder bore part 3 is roughened by rotating and moving a cutting tool 7 along its circumferential direction while delivering the cutting tool 7 in its axial direction and cutting a cylinder bore inner surface 5 in the screw shape. A cutting blade 7a of the cutting tool 7 is respectively furnished with an upper part inclined surface 7b on the rear side in the tool feeding direction inclined to the rear side in the tool feeding direction against the normal M direction of the cylinder bore inner surface 5 and a lower part inclined surface 7c on the front side in the tool feeding direction. An upper part projection 7e and a lower part projection 7f respectively forming recessed parts 25, 27 on flanks 23a, 23b on both sides of a trough part 23 of a screw shape part are provided on the upper part inclined surface 7b and the lower part inclined surface 7c of the cutting blade 7a.
