DEVICE FOR NOTIFYING INCOMING CALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device notifying the owner of the arrival of an incoming call to a mobile telephone, placed in a tote bag and set to silent mode. SOLUTION: When an incoming call has been received by a mobile telephone to which silent mode is set, the mobile telephone informs of the call to the owner by a vibration function in many cases. By placing the mobile telephone in a case with sound insulation, and by arranging a microphone at a place in the vicinity of the mobile telephone, the vibration is detected as a sound. By adding a circuit for discriminating vibration sound from the surrounding noise, when the incoming call is determined correctly, a mechanism for winding a cord by driving a direct current motor is operated. The incoming-call informing device of the arrangement is put in a tote bag, so that the incoming call is notified to the owner who is grasping the code and a tote part together.
