The housing 12 is provided with a ceiling part 50, covering the contact part 26 of the contact 14 and an upper wall part 52 covering the pressure receiving part 32. The turning member 18 is provided with an operation part 56, the pressing part 54, the pressure-receiving part 32, a locking hole 58 and a cover part 60 and a contact tail side is covered with the cover part 60 of the rotating member 18, after the rotating member 18 has been turned.
