description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flow rate detector capable of detecting whether a flow rate of gas flowing in a gas pipe is a prescribed flow rate or not. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 2 is provided slidably and airtightly in a through hole 1a of a detector main body 1. A movable member 3 is provided movably along an axial direction of the cylindrical body 2 in the inside of the cylindrical body 2. An annular clearance S is formed between an outer circumferential face of a valve part 3a formed in an upstream end part of the movable member 3 and an inner circumferential face of a straight hole part 2d of the cylindrical body 2. A pressure difference is generated between a portion in an upstream and a portion in a downstream of the valve part 3a out of the inside of the cylindrical body 2, by the clearance S. The pressure difference seats the valve part 3a onto a valve seat member 9 to block the inside of the cylindrical body 2, when the flow rate of the gas flowing in the gas pipe is the prescribed flow rate or more. A moving deterring member 4 is provided detachably in the detector main body 1 to deter the movable member 3 from being moved to the downstream. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
