SOLUTION: An boarding/alighting detection portion 1 mounted on a bus detects boarding/alighting of bus users at the time of boarding/alighting by recognizing identification information of the bus users. An operation information notification portion 2 recognizes a bus location, and notifies through a network an operation information management server 200 of the operation information including the bus location information and the boarding/alighting information of the bus users. In the operation information management server 200, an operation information processing portion 3 updates and manages the operation information to the most recent data, compares and collates the contents of the above operation information with bus user information and information notification conditions registered in advance, and notifies a contact information addressee 300, corresponding to the bus user registered in advance, about the operation information in regard to the bus user satisfying the notification conditions.
