Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong measurement caused by mechanical vibration or impact. SOLUTION: A vortex generated in proportion to the flow rate of fluid is detected by a piezoelectric element 11, and converted into a voltage signal having a vortex frequency by a detection circuit 12. A noise component is removed from an output from the detection circuit 12 by a filter circuit 13, and a signal having a prescribed or higher level is converted into a pulse signal by a pulsing circuit 14, and a voltage signal in proportion to the frequency of the pulse signal is outputted from an F/V conversion circuit 15. When the output from the F/V conversion circuit 15 is below a measuring range lower limit output voltage, an output processing part 16 outputs an output signal Vo by treating a measurement output as zero.
