Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus capable of decoding easily by using other encryption key even when one encryption key is left in the case that an encryption system to generate a plurality of encryption data by different encryption key as for the same data, and to provide a data processing method to make the decoding possible. SOLUTION: An encryption canceling code C1a is generated for a data D1 to be encrypted, and the data D1 is encrypted by using the encryption canceling code C1a. On the other hand, other duplicated data D1b generated based on the image data D1 to be encrypted is encrypted by using other encryption key C1b (user's ID code) different from the encryption canceling code C1a.
