The annular earthing member 16 includes: a circular annular plate 161 disposed on the back side of the cylindrical light emission member 14 for reflecting light of an operation displaying light source 15S advancing toward the rear side of the cylindrical light emission member 14 toward the front side; a circular pipe part 162 formed continuously to the annular plate 161, disposed in a knob insertion hole 142a of the cylindrical light emission member 14 and having such a size as to contact to or come close to the circumferential surface of a cylindrical small-diameter part 101 of the operation knob 10B; and arm parts 163 formed extendedly from the annular plate 161 and brought into contact with a metallic operation panel plate 8R on the front surface.
