PACKAGE FOR CONTAINING ELECTRIC ELEMENT, ELECTRIC ELEMENT UNIT AND ELECTRIC ELEMENT COOLING MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element containing package, an electric element unit, and an electric element cooling module exhibiting high heat dissipation properties and high reliability. SOLUTION: The electric element containing package 14 comprises a substantially rectangular parallelepiped container 16 for containing an electric element 15 having a watertight structure excepting the upper surface portion 16a, and an electrode 17 arranged on the inner surface of the electric element container 16 wherein at least a part of a member constituting the outer surface of the electric element container 16 touching cooling liquid 11 is composed of a ceramic substrate having a thermal expansion coefficient of 8.0×10-6/K or less.
