Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent paper discharged at the time of a switchback from being touched with one's hand. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a shielding mechanism for shielding at least a part of the paper S (a part discharged from a discharge port 115) at the time of a temporary discharge of the paper S at the time of the switchback. The shielding mechanism temporarily discharges the paper S to a rear face space part 603 of a rotary tray 610 (paper discharge tray 108) by raising the rotary tray 610 up to the position of the discharge port 115 as concretely shown in a shielding part 600. The shielding mechanism may have a constitution in which a prescribed tray body normally saved on an upper side of the discharge port 115 is lowered up to the position of the discharge port 115 to temporarily discharge the paper S to the rear face space part of the tray body.
