METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING MAGNETIC POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic powder transferring device capable of transferring magnetic powder in an arbitrary pattern. SOLUTION: The magnetic powder transferring device 1 comprises a bundle 4 of hollow pipes 2, magnets 3 stored in a hollow part of each hollow pipe 2 arranged at the position corresponding to the magnetic powder transfer pattern, a holding body 5 arranged on the tip side of the hollow pipe 2, and a moving means 6 to move the holding body 5 and the magnet 3. The holding body 5 and the hollow pipe bundle 4 are moved to the magnetic powder transfer position on a surface of a loading body by the moving means while maintaining the magnetic powder on the surface of the holding body 5 by the magnetic force of the magnet 3. By separating the magnet 3 from the holding body 5 by a magnet moving means 30, the magnetic powder attracted to the surface of the holding body 5 is removed from the holding body 5 to load the magnetic powder on the surface of the loading body.
