SOLUTION: A vehicle ETC for executing accounting for a street ETC and storing charging information on an IC card sets up and stores data as break point information at the desired position (point of time) of the accounting information history by a control circuit, when an operating part requests insertion of break point data, and sums and displays the sum of accounting information newer than the point of time, designated by the break point data when reading the IC card and the break point data exist.
