Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license management system, a license management program and a license management method for managing licenses of a number of software commodities for every customer, which can easily realize a license management while enabling inexpensive use of various kinds of software commodities used by a number of employees of a customer company for an optional period. SOLUTION: This system comprises an agent provided on each user terminal of customers, which starts a software commodity based on a unique license key in the user terminal installed with this software commodity to enable the use thereof; and a management center managing, in response to a key issuing request from a user terminal of a customer, the number of issued licenses of the customer, and also forming and returning a unique license key to this user terminal to store it therein.
