SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel includes: a first substrate which comprises a lower substrate, a first buffer layer formed on the lower substrate and comprising a polymer like carbon (PLC) thin film, and a first alignment layer formed on the first buffer layer and comprising a fluorine-containing diamond like carbon (F-DLC) thin film; a second substrate which is disposed opposing to the first substrate and comprises an upper substrate, a second buffer layer formed under the upper substrate and comprising a polymer like carbon thin film, and a second alignment layer formed under the second buffer layer and comprising a fluorine-containing diamond like carbon thin film; and a liquid crystal layer which is present between the first substrate and the second substrate and produces a pretilt angle between the perpendicular direction to the first and second alignment layers and the major axis of the liquid crystal molecule.
