Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation pad for a display device for improving heat radiation effect, a backlight assembly having it, and a display device. SOLUTION: The radiation pad for the display device has a concavo-convex structure and comprises a first surface having a surface area relatively increased owing to the concavo-convex structure and a second surface to be adhered to an external device. The backlight assembly has a light source, a housing container, and a heat absorbing member. The housing container houses the light source, and the heat absorbing member is arranged inside the housing container and absorbs the radiation heat radiated from the light source. The backlight assembly has a heat radiation member which is adhered to the outside of the bottom of the housing container and emits to the outside the heat emitted from the spacer.
