description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus, and the ground structure of a printed circuit board in which a position of a screw fixing the printed circuit board to a base member and a position for connecting a ground line of the printed circuit board to the ground can be set respectively to optimum positions without raising the component cost of the printed circuit board and the base member. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board 120 is constituted of a first substrate 121 in which a circuit pattern is formed on a substrate made of hard resin and a second substrate 122 in which a circuit pattern is formed on a substrate made of soft resin, the vicinity of a position (land 126, projection 127 and 128) suitable for grounding the ground line if the printed circuit board to the base member is formed by the second substrate 122, and the printed circuit board 120 is fixed to the base member 100 in a state that the printed circuit board 120 is bent at approximately 180 degrees making a plane on which the pattern is formed outside so as to hold the first substrate 121 between them. The position at which the ground line of the printed circuited board 120 is grounded to the base member 100 can be decided to an optimum arbitrary position, thereby increasing a latitude for designing the circuit pattern of the printed circuit board 120, the arrangement of respective components on the base member 100, or the like.
