description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform lining of an invert part while avoiding an increase in a construction cost and to efficiently convey excavated soil by an extended belt conveyor. SOLUTION: An excavated soil throw-in truck 14 with a tail pulley mounted to the tip part of the extended belt conveyor 11 is disposed behind a full-size tunneling machine 4, and excavated soil is thrown into the excavated soil throw-in truck and continuously conveyed to a portal by the extended belt conveyor. The excavated soil throw-in truck is advanced following excavation to extend the extended belt conveyor. A lining device group 20 is disposed behind the excavated soil throw-in truck, and the lining device group is advanced following the excavation together with the excavated soil throwing truck. An invert segment 21 is thereby installed at the invert part, and in the rear, arch concrete 22 serving as a lining wall to an arch part is placed and formed to be continuous with the invert segment.
