description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum laminator constituted so as not only to achieve the excellent following adhesion of an film-like resin layer to a base material and the excellent surface smoothness of a laminate but also to make the followability and adhesion of the film-like resin layer excellent even in repeated use of 10,000 times or above, and a lamination method. SOLUTION: The vacuum laminator is constituted so that a lower plate 5 to which flexible sheet 3 is provided and an upper plate 6 are installed in order to form a laminate [A] on a base material 1 having unevenness from the film-like resin layer 2, a temporary laminate composed of the base material 1 having unevenness and the film-like resin layer 2 held between the flexible sheet 3 of the lower plate 5 and the flexible sheet 4 of the upper plate 6 is placed, the lower plate 5 is raised to be brought to a hermetically sealed and locked state with respect to the upper plate 6 and, after the space part between the upper plate 6 and the flexible sheet 3 is brought to a vacuum state, the atmosphere or compressed air is introduced into a gap part not only to expand the flexible sheet 3 but also to clamp the temporary laminate between the flexible sheets 3 and 4 under pressure. The flexible sheets 3 has a fiber layer. The lamination method using the vacuum laminator is also disclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
