description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a constitution for guiding a floating body that moves substantially following a robot and photographs overview video used for guiding the robot. SOLUTION: When the floating body 11 is guided using radio communications, a complex constitution such as a means for recognizing a mutual positional relation with the robot 21 or a radio communication means is required. In this device, the robot 21 is provided with a light emitting means 22 for emitting a light flux upward with a predetermined beam width W. According to a receiving condition of the light flux by three or more light receiving elements disposed on the floating body 11 side, a movement control means disposed on the floating body 11 side controls a moving mechanism having rotors rotating mutually reversely, a mechanism for varying the attach angle to realize a longitudinal and lateral movement, and a drive control means thereof. Thus, the moving mechanism is simply required to be controlled depending on whether the light flux comes into each light receiving element, and it can be realized by a simple constitution mountable on the floating body 11.
