Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a measuring object substance in a specimen possibly containing a polysaccharide thickener by an enzyme assay method. SOLUTION: This measuring method is a method for measuring the measuring object substance in the specimen possibly containing a polysaccharide thickener by an enzyme assay method by using labeled biotin and a labeled substance of a substance having affinity with biotin, and is characterized in that the substance having bondability to biotin is strepto-avidin. Since this method can suppress a false-positive reaction owing to labeled avidin used in conventional methods, it is possible to remarkably enhance measurement accuracy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
