Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing which can suppress vibrations of an upper skeleton by securing great horizontal rigidity. SOLUTION: This sliding bearing 1, which is interposed between the upper skeleton 10 and a sliding plate 21 provided on a lower skeleton 20, comprises an upper member 4 which can be mounted on the upper skeleton 10, a lower member 5 which can slide on the sliding plate 21, an elastic layer 3 which is interposed between the upper member 4 and the lower member 5, and a connecting member 7 which connects the upper member 4 and the lower member 5 together.
