SLITTER FOR WALL PAPER PASTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter which carries out cutting of wall paper without crushing a front side of the wall paper or leaving a trace on the same, excellently finishes a joint portion of the wall paper, and facilitates adjustment of a cutting location of the wall paper. SOLUTION: The slitter for a wall paper pasting machine is formed of a rotary blade having a rotating shaft on a rear side of the wall paper, a fixed blade making contact with the rotary blade, and a base member movable in a width direction of the wall paper and fixable to an arbitrary location. The rotary blade is rotatably arranged on the base member while being kept energized toward the fixed blade, and the fixed blade has a positioning adjusting means for advancing/withdrawing the fixed blade to/from the base member. Further a carrying passage of the wall paper is bent in the vicinity of the wall paper cutting location by the rotary blade and the fixed blade. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
