Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation-sterilizing method for cell adsorbing material which can maintain the function of an antibody even after the sterilization, and to provide a cell adsorbing material which is irradiation-sterilized. SOLUTION: This irradiation-sterilizing method is used for the cell adsorbing material for which the covalent of antibodies to the surface antigen of the cell is performed on the surface of a water insoluble carrier. The cell adsorbing material is treated by steeping or humectation with a water-based solution which contains an ascorbic acid salt by a concentration of 5mM to 2M, has a pH of 3.0 to 11 an endotoxin concentration of 0.5EU/ml or lower, and an osmotic pressure of 0.5 to 12, and then, the irradiation-sterilization results from radiation.
