SOLUTION: It is decided by a control part 16 whether the display image is designated by a user or not, on the basis of a position on a display area derived in the state wherein the display image is displayed on the display area of a display 14. When it is decided that the display image is designated, movement operation of a fingertip or a hand of the user is detected on the basis of a pickup image. The display 14 is controlled such that the change of the display state of the display image predetermined according to a moving direction in the movement operation is performed according to an amount related to the detected movement operation when the detected movement operation is performed inside a predetermined range, and that the change of the display state of the display image till then is continuously performed when the movement operation exceeds the predetermined range.
