A key groove 24 is formed in a bolt hole 22b of the back head 16, a key 44 mounted in the key groove 24 is abutted on a cutout surface 34 of the through bolt 26 so that a contact surface 40 formed by cutting out the outer periphery of the fastening nut 36f is abutted on a support surface 20 of a cutout 18 of the front head 12.
